COMMUNICATION CONSULTING AND DIGITAL STRATEGY - MUSEU DE LA CONCA DELLÀ

The Conca Dellà Museum in Isona (Lleida) is a museum of enormous heritage value that offers the opportunity to learn about the Roman culture that inhabited the area, especially as it is one of the few places where remains of the last dinosaurs that inhabited the earth exist. The museum is going through a phase in which it has decided to focus on digital communication, as it faces the upcoming renovation of its physical space. Furthermore, the situation created by Covid-19 forces the sector to continue carrying out its functions through digital channels. We asked ourselves questions such as: From what identity do we develop our narrative? What tone do we use? How do we adapt communication to each audience profile? How do we optimize resources? How can we communicate in a goal-oriented manner? How do we plan our digital communication? Today, the museum is able to transmit through its digital channels the vast knowledge it holds about paleontological sites, archaeological remains, historic and artistic buildings, and the exceptional natural environment in which it is located.

The subjects of the photo are my son and daughter at the museum, the day they learned what it means to be a paleontologist and we saw the footprints of the last dinosaurs that inhabited the planet.
