The digital strategy of the Tarragona and Terres de L'Ebre Museum Network is a project that began inception and whose main objective is to provide museums with the strategic foundations and technical knowledge necessary for each to implement their own digital strategy. We begin by clearly defining each purpose, then move on to developing the narrative and adapting it to channels with a clear focus on the needs of their audiences and an analytical, evolutionary approach. We define indicators and create dashboards to monitor the main KPIs and the effectiveness of the actions carried out.
